BodyFit is a group fitness class offered once a week at Crosswinds CrossFit. Classes are led by one of the best in the industry, Olivia Klinkner. During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength and conditioning. The weight you will be lifting is your own. During these classes you can expect to be moving a majority of the time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow classmates. The majority of our members achieve such great results in performance and the way they feel that they keep coming back for more, month after month. This class incorporates bodyweight movements, good music, and good company. Class Times: Tuesdays 5:15am-6:15am
CoreFit is a group fitness class offered once a week at Crosswinds CrossFit. Classes are led by one of the best in the industry, Olivia Klinkner. During each day of class you will be focusing on core strength and body mobility. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to provide instruction, motivation and reassurance every step of the way. You will gain strength, work on range of motion, burn calories, as well as form new friendships with your fellow classmates. Class Times: Thursdays 5:15am-6:15am
THE INSTURCTOR: OLIVIA KLINKNER
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Olivia has worked in the fitness industry since 2003. Over the years she has had the opportunity to teach all ages, abilities, and formats. Her experience includes teaching a wide variety of studio classes, boot camps, indoor and outdoor cycling, water aerobics and swim lessons, elementary PE, community Ed, and college level PE courses. She is personal training certified, water exercise verified, and group fitness certified, along with carrying a number of licenses and certifications for specific formats. Olivia is passionate about challenging her body and has completed duathlons, marathons, ultra marathons, and a number of adventure races. Outside of the gym she manages a running store and enjoys anything outdoors. Her goal is always to help people become passionate about being strong and proud of what their body is capable of doing. Olivia is excited to bring that passion to Crosswinds.
