Crossfit Classes
Join us at Crosswinds CrossFit for one of our adult CrossFit Classes. These classes are programmed for all levels of athletes and can be scaled or modified to meet your individual goals. We strive to help our athletes become proficient in all 10 components of fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. You will be lead through the class with a certified CrossFit Trainer. The instructor will be there to keep the class on schedule, demonstrate and instruct the movements required that day, and lastly provide one on one feedback to you during the class. Each class will last one hour.

L.I.F.E Classes
L.I.F.E stands for Longevity In Functional Efficiency and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out of shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance quality and quantity of their lives. 50 years of age or older encouraged, but ages 18+ welcome.
As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E offers safe, effective workouts - a "gentle" version of Crossfit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could. Many doctors recommend weight training to build bone density and Cardio to help with brain health. We get to do both in these classes!

Personal Training
Perhaps group training isn't your preference. Maybe you have goals that need closer attention than what you might get in a group environment; or maybe you just want to refine some of the skills you've been working on in our classes. Whatever the reason, we have you covered!
Our Crosswinds CrossFit Personal Training is a great option for people who are: -Looking to accomplish individual goals with customized workouts for them. -Can’t make regular class times work and are looking for something that works for their schedule. -People who work better at making health a priority with the accountability of working with a personal trainer. -Interested in Nutrition coaching, specific skill coaching, or just individualized workouts! |
